NASCAR
Dale Earnhardt Jr. qualifies on pole for the Daytona 500. Jeff Gordon qualifies 2nd, which are the only 2 positions set. The rest of the field will be set after the Gatorade Duels. Also, during the race, NASCAR has asked fans to hold three fingers on lap 3 to honor Dale Earnhardt Sr., who was killed on the last lap of the Daytona 500 in 2001

Definitely was a sad day when he died, I think a lot of people just wish he wasn't so stubborn and actually wore the neck brace they all wear now.
