The key play to the Packers winning was when Rashard Mendenhall fumbled the ball early in the fourth quarter. Remember, the Packers were on the verge of missing the playoffs in week 17, but the Bears let them win, and that decision haunted them as they were defeated by the Packers, and the Packers became champions. The Steelers, however, played very well as they overcame a 14 point deficit in the first quarter, but they didn't have enough for the end. It was hard fought, but the Green Bay Packers bring home the trophy that was named after their coach that won Super Bowl I, Vince Lombardi.
